Hi there! Thanks for visiting. Today you are taking a step that will change your life. I've lost 50 lbs and 34 inches and have gone from a size 18/20 to a size 10/12.

I am number #140. I'm proud to be a BIG LOSER. My life has changed completely and so can yours. I had never cleansed before until now. Being in balance, feeling energetic and healthy has been one of my biggest challenges.

I lived on a diet of restaurants and fast foods, never taking the time to grocery shop, yet alone prepare healthy meals for me and my 7 year old daughter. At the end of Sept. 2006, I took the plunge and decided to CLEANSE using this simple, nutritionally balanced fat burning program.

I purchased the 30 day program because I wanted to get "more bang for my buck." I knew it worked because I had read every testimonial in the Weight Loss Hall Of Fame and also knew several people that were having amazing results. I still though was scared to begin, knowing how polluted my body must be. I thought I'd go into convulsions or something since I rarely drank water and lived on gallons of diet coke, ice tea and artificial sweeteners.

I decided to do several days of precleansing to detox from caffeine and artificial sweetners. I officially began cleansing on September 29, 2006 and started drinking 100 ounces of purified water a day. I also started walking an hour a day in the mornings after dropping my daughter off at the bus stop.

Within a few days I experienced a complete turn-around. I felt great and had more energy than I've had in years. During the first 9 day cleansing cycle, I lost 10 pounds and 10 inches off my body!!!! Drum roll please!!!

I've always been weight-loss resistant. I have now gotten rid of all my plus size clothing and am fitting into my size 10 Bill Blass jeans. I'm having a great time shopping for new clothes. What a great feeling that is! My daughter has lost 10 pounds as a result of me feeding her healthy meals. The best thing is, I have not experienced any withdrawal symptoms, hunger pains, or cravings.

When we visited my parents in Palm Springs, my mom was absolutely amazed at how wonderful we both looked. She immediately decided that she also wanted also to do a 9 day cleanse. She turned 70 years old on Nov. 10 and wants to be in tip top shape. Since being on the program she has gone from a size 14 to an 8! She now wants to lose a few more pounds to be at her teenage weight.
